IBDC Members have the right to buy exclusive club items made by club members. (For example: IBDC Club Doll) All Sales are Final on all IBDC club items. Catelogs can be given out upon requests, but may or may not be delivered depending on club funds.

As of Tuesday, November 12, 2002 IBDC has implemented an age limit of age 14 or older.  IBDC has every right to restrict the club to people of 14 years of age or older.

You are asked to either click yes or no to being on IBDC News's mailing list. If you click NO this means you are declining to be a member the list. Which then declines you from being a member of IBDC.

When clicking yes, we need your first name, and last name initial - Example: Jane D. - age and email address. We collect this information by asking them for it. It's a part of our twice a year  member check in.  We do not collect any information of children under the age of 14. If we see that we have members under the age of 14 they and their information are automatically deleted.

If you click NO your information will automatically get deleted and not added to the list.

The No Mail feature will be allowed within reason, as long as IBDC members don't abuse this feature. For example, if an IBDC member is going on vacation for two weeks and gets alot of email. He or she might decide to go on "NO EMAIL" temporally. Anyone using NO mail for long periods of time will be automatically switched to Daily Digest on a random basis.

All members need to check in at least twice a year in order to keep their membership in IBDC.

Members need to be signed up with IBDC News in order to be a member of the club. - This will be checked often to make sure every IBDC member in all IBDC groups are subscribed to IBDC News. It is a requirement that all IBDC members must be apart of our club's mailing list to ensure each member gets the appropiate news or announcements.

IBDC Leaders/Helpers on the IBDC Board of IBDC Leaders/Helpers will be evaluated every so often. If they aren't doing a good job, they will be released from their duties and will be replaced.

IBDC DOES NOT sell or trade anyone's information outside of IBDC. We are committed to protecting your privacy. IBDC keeps your personal information private and does not share it with any third parties, except under the limited circumstances. We do however use your information within IBDC. For example, we think your birthdays are very important. So to celebrate we print your name, City/location and email address in the IBDC Newsletter/Magazine. We want other members to reconize you have a birthday when its your month. We also want them to be able to contact you and wish you a happy birthday. Maybe you might even meet a new barbie friend. We apoligize if we missed your birthday. Due to volume of members we may or may not be able to include all our members, although we make every effort to include each and everyone. If any member has an absolute problem with this then they can contact the IBDC President or Board of IBDC Leaders and they will be happy to take your name off the list.

IBDC can NOT be dis-banned unless the majority of the club agrees or votes on it.

Membership policy can only be changed if the president and/or board decides on it.

Anything that the president can not handle will be passed on to the board of IBDC Leaders/helpers. The board is currently a stand in for Vice President.
